An easy dinner recipe for you

This recipe was originally from Carroll Herndon...whom I work with. He told me about this, and I've modified it time and time again.

Here's what you buy:
1 lb of macaroni/pasta (whatever you want [mini penne, elbow, bow ties], except for spaghetti...that won't work)
Your favorite frozen or canned vegetables. Frozen works better (~10 oz)
1 jar of Ragu Fettucini Alfredo sauce (or classico, but Ragu is usually cheaper!) Add 1/4 cup of water
1 regular package of shredded 3-cheese italian blend, or mozarella cheese (shredded)
optional: Diced ham, diced salami, bite size chicken pieces

Cook up the macaroni as directed. In a 9x13 pan (sprayed with Pam [or something equivalent]) add the cooked macaroni, fettucini sauce and shredded cheese. Then add protein (meat) of your choice. Sprinkle some paprika and parlsey on top (optional), cover with foil and Bake for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees.

Good stuff, and very easy. Enjoy and when you cook it, let me know what you think!
