In this (immediate) area we have four unsolved murders, a problem with gangs, overcrowded schools, major traffic issues and in general there is high unemployment, a shaky economy, rampant drug use, child molestation, domestic violence and more! With that said, there is some bone-head with way too much time on his/her hands raising a stink about a guy having a nice looking yard using artificial turf, that HE paid for.
Just when you think you've heard it all...
